1 Services
LeadsMagnate provides digital marketing services including Google & Meta Ads management, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Website & Landing Page Development. The specific scope of services for each client is agreed upon before work begins and outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
2 Payments & Fees
Service fees are agreed upon before engagement begins. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in a pause of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Ad spend budgets paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are separate from our management fees.
3 Results & Performance
While we use proven strategies and work diligently to achieve the best results, LeadsMagnate does not guarantee specific outcomes such as a fixed number of leads, a guaranteed ROI, or specific search rankings. Digital marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and ad platform algorithms beyond our control.
4 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to necessary accounts and assets (website, ad accounts, social profiles). Delays caused by late client approvals or missing assets may affect campaign timelines. Clients must ensure they own or have rights to all content and materials provided to us.
5 Intellectual Property
All creative assets, strategies, and reports produced by LeadsMagnate for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. LeadsMagnate retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies.
6 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, customer lists, and campaign performance data. This obligation continues for 2 years after the end of the engagement.
7 Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered to the client. Ad accounts and assets belonging to the client will be returned promptly upon request.
8 Limitation of Liability
LeadsMagnate's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
9 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
10 Changes to Terms
LeadsMagnate reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For ongoing clients, significant changes will be communicated directly.
